Brick exterior is now visible at 38 Roxbury Street.
Brick, brick, and more brick! Much of the masonry is complete, but protective plastic remains over many parts of the outer walls to control the temperature. Windows will be installed soon, providing a good idea of what the exterior will actually look like.
Stairs are now in from the first to second floors inside, and studs for the walls outline the studios. Plumbing and electrical work continues in advance of having the sheetrock installed.
