Demolition has been completed on 38 Roxbury Street! It is something to drive by and not see the dilapidated old behemoth YMCA structure looming lot line to lot line. From Roxbury Street you now see the empty lot, through to the old Keene Middle School, the adjacent city parking garage, and a great view of the steeples on Central Square and Court Street.
In preparation for the upcoming construction, a layer of fill has been laid down. Stay tuned in the months ahead for news of groundbreaking!
