The steel frame is up at 38 Roxbury Street.
MoCo’s new home at 38 Roxbury Street is coming to life. During November the steel was raised giving viewers a sense of the size and layout of the new building.
Katie Cassidy Sutherland, project Architect, and Jim Maloney, the project Superintendent, look over drawings inside the building as workers in the background work on pipes.
Temporary walls have been erected to help control the temperature for workers. Inside those walls dirt is now being moved around to begin laying down pipes. Cement floors will soon be poured, too.
